Magnetic Assembly Certifying

CESCO has built many custom and standard assemblies in its 70+ year history. We recommend all magnetic assemblies get inspected periodically to ensure proper operation and uptime to manufacturing lines. CESCO inspects for:

• Cracked/Broken Magnets
• Large Loss of Gauss
• Catastrophic Damage
• Other issues that may inhibit magnet performance

These inspections let you know that your magnetic assembly is operating as intended and at 100%.

Most of the time CESCO will ship the unit back to you within 72 hours.

If CESCO finds any issues, the customer will be notified immediately to minimize downtime and expedite any corrective action. Inspections are usually done within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the item. Replacements if necessary can be sent out within 24 hours in many circumstances.
